More and more people have their own means of transport, so that more and more traffic is not smooth. Many major cities began to face more and more serious traffic problems, coupled with peoples social activities have become more frequent, travel, work all aspects of making traffic occupies a crucial position. The emergence of the traffic lights, traffic can be an effective control. SCM as an important branch of the computer, with the continuous development of the single-chip, began to be applied to more and more places in life, plays a vital role in the traffic lights.
