精品论文 参考文献 泌特联合莫沙比利治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效观察 谢鸿吴时胜李尚日 （湖北黄石第二人民医院435002） 【摘要】目的：探讨复方阿嗪米特联合莫沙比利治疗慢性功能性便秘临床效果。方法对128例慢性功能性便秘患者，随机分为治疗组65例，给予口服莫沙必利;5mg/次，3次/日复方阿嗪泌特；2片，3次/d，均饭后服用。对照组63例，给予莫沙必利5mg/次，3次/d，治疗4 周。观察2组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率92.3%，对照组总有效率71.4%；2组比较，治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结果：复方阿嗪米特联合莫沙比利治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效显著，值得临床推广 【关键词】复方阿嗪米特；莫沙比利；慢性功能性便秘 【中图分类号】R2 【文献标号】A 【文章编号】1671-8725（2014）12-0001-02 Clinical efficacy analysis of mosapride citrate tablet combined compoundazintamide on the treatment of functional constipationXeiHong,WuShi-Sheng,LiShang-ri（Department of Gastroenterology The hospital of the second people hubeihuangshi 435002）abstract: Objective To observe the Clinical efficacy analysis of mosapride citrate tablet combined compound azintamide on the treatment of functionalconstipation.Methods 128 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group，patients of theobservation group were treated with mosapride citrate tablet combined compound azintamide enteric － coated tablets ,while patients of the control groupwere given single citrate the mosapride piece，after 4 weeks of treatment，the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Ｒesults After 4 weeks of treatment，were clinical total effective rate of them were 92.3% and71.4%respectively，the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantlyhigher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant ( P＜0.05). Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablet compound azintamideis effective on the treatment of functional constipation significant efficacy，with low recurrence rate，and no significant adverse reactions，which isworthy of clinical application.Keywords: compound azintamide; Mosapride citrate;Functional constipation 功能性便秘为没有明显器质性的病因，无组织结构异常或代谢功能障碍，除外肠易激综合征的慢性便秘，一般表现为大便次数减少, 常3-5d 或7-8d 大便一次，甚至更长时间[1]。多数是粪便质量干结、硬实，排出困难，伴有心烦、纳差、失眠，腹胀、腹痛；或者排便次数虽不明显减少，但粪质坚硬干燥，排便堵塞感或排出艰难，甚至由于排便过度用力致肛门破裂出现血，引起
