精品论文 参考文献 浅析甲状腺功能亢进手术护理观察 五常中医院 150200 摘要：目的：研究分析甲状腺功能亢进患者的手术护理方法和护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2012年11月至2013年10月间在我院接受甲状腺功能亢进治疗的49例患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据护理方式的不同将患者分为研究组和对照组，两组分别有25例以及24例患者，单纯给予对照组患者常规护理，研究组患者接受综合性护理干预，对两组患者的治疗情况、护理满意度以及并发症发生情况进行比较和分析。结果：两组患者护理满意度以及住院时间两项观察指标均存在显著差异（Plt;0.05），研究组患者护理满意度评分显著高于对照组，住院时间明显短于对照组，两组具有显著差异（Plt;0.05）。研究组并发症发生率为12%，对照组并发症发生率为29.17%，两组对比可见显著差异（Plt;0.05）。结论：对甲状腺功能亢进手术患者实施综合性护理措施，可有效降低患者并发症发生率，缩短患者住院时间，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。 关键词：甲状腺功能亢进手术护理效果 Abstract：Objective：To study the surgical nursing methods and nursing experience of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods：the research object is to choose between October November 2012 to 2013 in our hospital accepted treatment of hyperthyroidism of 49 patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the nursing mode of different patients were divided into study group and control group.Two groups were 25 cases and 24 cases，simply to give the control group received routine nursing.The study group patients received comprehensive nursing intervention，of two groups of patients，the treatment and nursing satisfaction and complication incidence were compared and analyzed.Results：satisfaction of two groups of patient care and hospitalization time two outcome measures，there were significant difference（P lt; 0.05），the patients in the study group nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group，hospitalization time significantly shorter than the control group，the two groups have significant difference（P lt; 0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the study group was 12%，and the incidence rate of complications in the control group was 29.17%，which was significantly different between the two groups（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for patients with hyperthyroidism can effectively reduce the incidence of complications，shorten the hospital stay，and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.
