【Abstract 】Objective：To explore the temperament characteristic and influence factors of children with toureetes. Methods ：Test samples of children with toureetes and normal children in two groups from each 120 children .Compare two set of results and analyze the temperament characteristic and influence factors of children with toureetes.Result ：Each temperament dimension scores of children with toureetes are higher than the control group . The adaptability and response strength discrepancy between the two groups have statistical significance (P0.05),besides,the regularity, emotional essence and insist to spend discrepancy have statistical significance too （P0.01 ）；the temperament high-maintenance tendentiousness of children with toureetes (40%) are higher than the control group (13.3% ，X²=10.91 ，P0.01).The temperament characteristic of children with toureetes is concerned with the cultural level of main caregivers,namely the mothers of children. Conclusion：The children with toureetes whose temperament characteristic tend to negative and primary caregivers are their parents.Along with the cultural level of mothers become more higher ,the children with toureetes tend to be raised more easily. 【Key words 】Toureetes / Psychology ; Temperament ; Questionnaire 抽动症是儿童比较常见的一种神经系统疾病，据估计大约 15%的儿
