Through the investigations of extraction parameters of distiller grains with alcohol, recoverg provess parameters of phytin and enrichment conditions of nutritional components, the zero-discharge route of distiller grains in liquor is determined as follows: firstly, extracting distiller grains with edible alcohol and filtrating the deposit for obtaining the nutrients; secondly, extracting distiller grains with acid solution and then adjusting pH value to collect the phytin deposit and purified rice husk as well; and lastly, distilling the extracted alcohol to produce the distiller grains liquor. By this way, the spent grains are made the best use, and zero-discharge is achieved.
