精品论文 参考文献 消化性溃疡发病相关因素分析 林影 　　（四川省内江市第二人民医院 四川 内江 641000） 　　【摘 要】目的：分析消化性溃疡发病的相关因素。方法：选择于我院行消化系统疾病检查的325例受检者为研究对象，以受检者发生消化性溃疡为因变量，以年龄、烟酒、饮食、劳动强度、非甾体类抗炎药服用史及幽门螺杆菌感染为自变量，进行单因素分析后，对单因素分析中差异有统计学意义的变量，再进行多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果：本组325例受检者中，86例（26.46%）受检者确诊为消化性溃疡。单因素分析结果显示：性别（男性）、吸烟、饮酒、饮食以辛辣生冷为主、有非甾体类抗炎药服用史及有Hp感染对消化性溃疡发生的有影响（P＜0.05）。多因素分析结果显示：饮酒、饮食以辛辣生冷为主、有非甾体类抗炎药服用史及有Hp感染为消化性溃疡发病的高危因素（P＜0.05）。结论：消化性溃疡发病是饮酒、辛辣生冷饮食、有非甾体类抗炎药服用史及Hp感染多因素共同作用的结果。 　　【关键词】消化性溃疡；发病；相关因素 　　【中图分类号】R656.6+2 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0146-02 　　Analysis of the peptic ulcer disease related factors 　　【Abstract】objective: to analyze relevant factors of peptic ulcer disease. Method: choose in our digestive system disease examination of 325 cases of subjects as the research object, the patients with peptic ulcer occurred as the dependent variable, with age, alcohol, tobacco, and diet, and the intensity of labor, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use and helicobacter pylori infection as independent variables, the single factor analysis, the difference was statistically significant variables in single factor analysis, then multi-factors unconditioned logistic regression analysis. Results: of 325 cases of subjects, 86 cases of patients (26.46%) diagnosed with peptic ulcer. Single factor analysis showed: gender (male), smoking, drinking alcohol, food is given priority to with hot cold, have a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use and Hp infection have an effect on peptic ulcer occurred (P lt; 0.05). Multiple factor analysis results showed that: alcohol, food is given priority to with hot cold, has a history of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use and have Hp infection for high risk factors of peptic ulcer disease (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the peptic ulcer disease is alcohol, spicy or eating food has a history of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use and the outcome of combined action of multiple factors of Hp infection. 　　【Key words】peptic ulcer; Come on; related factors 　　消化性溃疡是消化系统的常见病、
