精品论文 参考文献 温针灸配关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察 黑龙江省庆安县中医院 黑龙江庆安 152400 【摘 要】目的：观察温针灸配关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：选取在2013年6月至2015年12月在我院治疗的80例肩周炎患者，将这些患者随机分为治疗组（40例）与对照组（40例）。结果：对照组患者接受常规的关节松动术，分为被动生理运动以及被动辅助运动。治疗组患者在接受常规的关节松动术的同时，还接受温针灸治疗方法。结果：通过统计数据可以看出，治疗组痊愈率以及有效率等明显高于对照组，同时两组之间差异具有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。治疗组在接受常规的关节松动术的同时，还接受温针灸治疗方法，最后得出的疼痛评分、关节后伸得分以及关节外展得分明显高于对照组，Plt;0.05具有统计学意义。结论：温针灸配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎具有良好的改善作用，值得在现代医学中推广应用。 【关键词】温针灸；关节松动术；肩周炎；疗效观察 [Abstract] Objective：To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with joint mobilization.Methods：select in June 2013 to 2015 December in our hospital treatment of 80 cases of periarthritis of shoulder，these patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（40 cases）and the control group（40 cases）.Results：the control group received routine joint mobilization，divided into passive physical exercise and passive exercise.Patients in the treatment group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion at the same time.Results：the statistical data can be seen，the cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.The treatment group accepted routine joint mobilization and received warm acupuncture treatment，finally obtains the pain score，range of extension score and hip abduction score was significantly higher than that of the control group（P lt; 0.05）with statistical significance.Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and has good effect，it is worth popularization and application in modern medicine.
