精品论文 参考文献 燃机余热锅炉汽包水位偏差大原因分析及处理 广州粤能电力科技开发有限公司 广东省广州市 510080 摘要：锅炉汽包水位对火力/燃机发电机组的安全稳定运行至关重要。新建机组需先检查确认汽包水位变送器、阀门、取样管等安装正确，再通过模拟冷、热态相关参数对逻辑中汽包模拟量水位公式进行验证。并通过与冷、热态电接点和磁翻板/双色水位计对比，进一步验证模拟量水位准确性。根据实测平衡容器平均温度，对模拟量水位公式参数微修正。分析汽包水位偏差原因，进行相应的整改或补偿修正。经修正的模拟量水位比电接点及磁翻板/双色水位计更能准确反映汽包内实际液位。为提高测量准确性，应合理增加电接点水位计、磁翻板/双色水位计保温。 关键词：水位偏差；模拟量水位；公式验证；汽包水位；水位公式 Analysing and solving the problem that large deviation of gas turbine waste heat boiler drum water level Fan Hongfei Guangzhou Yueneng Power Technology Development Co.,Ltd. Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province 510080 Abstract: The water level of boiler steam drum plays an important role to the safety and stable operation of thermal power/gas turbine power generation Unit. Regarding to the newly-built Unit, at first, check the installation of transmitter, valve and sampling pipe for steam drum water level and ensure the installation are proper; and then, simulate the related parameters of cold state and hot state, verify the formula of steam drum water level analogue in the logic. In the meantime, compare the electricity joint point water gauge with the magnetic/ two color water level gauge in the cold state and hot state respectively so as to verify the accuracy of the analogue water level. According to the actual measured balancing vessel and average temperature, perform the tiny correction to the analogue water level formula. Analyze the causes for the steam drum water level difference, the relevant rectification or compensation correction should be carried out. In reflecting the actual water level inside the steam drum, the water level of analogue which has been modified is much more accurate than the electricity joint point water gauge and the magnetic level gauge/two color water level gauge. In order to improve the accuracy of measurement, should be a reasonable increase in electric contact water level gauge, magnetic flap / double color level meter insulation. Key words: Water
