Results : T here w ere 4 cases lesions in thoracic se ment of the spinal cord and 2 in cervical se ment. All of the lesion w as solitary . The shape of the spinal cord was normal or sli ht t hick. The M RI charact eristic of the heman iom a was just like popcorn . or mulberry mix ed si nal lump and short T 2 si nal could be found around t he lesion The heman ioma w as m ade up of superect atic blood sinusiod under t he microscope and the wall w as th
