摘 要本设计项目为商住两用型住宅楼，建筑层数为七层，底层为商场而上面各层为居住区，底层跨度大所以选用现浇框架结构。使整个结构的布置就有很大的灵活性，并且满足居住的要求和各功能房间的布置要求。在设计中居住区的出入口与商场的出入口分隔开避免了商场和居住人口流动而引起的人流高峰。整个商场呈长方形，布置玻璃幕墙，达到美观，住宅一半为两室三厅一半为两室两厅，都为标准户型，隔墙采用混凝加气砌块。关键词：框架；结构设计；钢筋混凝土Design for a building in a City ABSTRACTThis design project is business lives the dual purpose sevenbuildings, the first floor for the market but above each is thecommunity, the first floor span Greatly therefore selects the portal frame constructioin.Enable the entire structure the arrangement to have the very bigflexibility, and satisfies the housing the request and variousfunctions
