精品论文 参考文献 痔疮手术后尿潴留的中医护理探讨 四川省广元市中医院肛肠科 628000 【摘要】目的：采用对比研究，评价中医护理在预防痔疮术后尿潴留，减少插管率的效果。方法：以2013年9月～2016年6月，医院肛肠外科收治的痔疮患者作为研究对象，共284例患者符合纳入排除要求，自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)134例，外剥内扎松解术150例，据病历号，随机对照分组，常规组、干预组各142例，常规组给予常规护理，针对尿潴留，护理措施包括，术前的排尿训练，术后早期应用反射法鼓励排尿，温水冲洗外阴、尿道口，对于出现的尿潴留，若干预失败需尿管插管，做好输液控制，干预组在常规组基础上，干预组在常规组基础上，针对尿潴留，采用中医护理干预，包括耳穴贴压、推拿、饮食管理，分析首次排尿情况，住院期间并尿潴留、插管、排尿障碍症状发生情况。结果：干预组，术后首次排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量、首次排尿护理完成时间低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），干预组首次排尿尿量与常规组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预组尿潴留、尿不尽感、尿意不足发生率低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：痔疮术后采用中医针对性的护理干预，有助于术后顺利排尿，降低尿潴留发生风险，减轻排尿障碍。 【关键词】尿潴留；痔疮手术；中医；护理 [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on prevention of postoperative urinary retention and reduce the rate of intubation.
