精品论文 参考文献 社区早期康复干预对语言发育迟缓儿童发育的效果 （四川自贡市妇幼保健院儿保科 四川 自贡 643000） 【摘 要】目的：探讨社区早期康复干预对语言迟缓儿童的发育有何影响效果。方法：查找我院100例儿童科语言发育迟缓儿童的资料，随机平均分为两组，每组50例。对照组只给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用社区早期康复干预治疗。治疗6个月，治疗后对比评定两组患者治疗前后的语言发育情况。结果：进过6个月的干预治疗后，实验组语言发育情况、社会行为发育商、语言发育商和适应能力都有所提高均明显优于对照组患儿，有统计学差异 (Plt;O．05)；在大运动-b精细运动发育方面，虽然观察组儿童显著优于对照组，但其并无统计学差异 (Pgt;O．05)，因此不作讨论。结论：语言发育迟缓的儿童经过社区早起康复干预后恢复效果明显提高，证明早期康复干预疗法是有效的 ，是能够在一定程度上加强患儿的语言恢复功能。 【关键词】康复干预；语言发育迟缓；儿童 【中图分类号】R749.94 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）6-0789-02 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the community of early rehabilitation intervention on the impact of the effect of language delay development of children. Methods: Find Branch hospital data delayed language development of children 100 children were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, observation group were based on the use of community early rehabilitation intervention. 6 months of treatment, compared to assess language development after treatment of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results: The intervention into over six months after the case of the experimental group language development, social behavior developmental quotient, language development and adaptability quotient has increased significantly better than children in the control group, a significant difference (P lt;O .05); in terms of the big sports -b fine motor development, although the observation group was significantly better than children in the control group, but no significant difference (Pgt; O.05), and therefore will not be discussed.
