精品论文 参考文献 穴位贴敷时间对气滞血瘀型腰痛患者疗效及并发症的影响 大庆市中医医院 黑龙江大庆 163000 　　摘要：目的：腰痛病是临床常见病、多发病，且呈年轻化趋势，穴位贴敷治疗腰痛具有较好的应用前景。但在临床实际中贴敷时间并没有明确的规定，此次研究就是针对气滞血瘀型腰痛患者不同的贴敷时间进行观察和分析，为治疗腰痛选择最佳贴敷时间提供客观的量化的依据。方法：大庆市中医医院骨伤科门诊收集符合诊断标准、纳入标准的气滞血瘀型腰痛患者90例，随机分为三组，对入组患者分别贴敷4h、6h、8h，经7天一个疗程治疗后分析三种不同贴敷时间的无效、有效、显效、治愈例数、总有效率及并发症指标，进行数据分析，得出结论。结果：阐述了穴位贴敷4h治疗效果优于贴敷6h和8h且并发症发生率低。结论：通过试验研究对气滞血瘀型腰痛患者选择穴位贴敷4h，既达到了临床治疗效果，又在一定程度上减少了并发症，患者满意度提高。 　　关键词：穴位贴敷 腰痛 贴敷时间 　　Objective：low back pain is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic，and it shows a trend of younger age. The application of acupoint sticking therapy for low back pain has good application prospects. But in clinical practice，sticking time is not clearly defined，this study is aimed at patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbago different sticking time of observation and analysis，choose the best time sticking to provide objective basis for the treatment of lumbago. Methods：Daqing orthopedics hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient collection of diagnostic criteria，included 90 patients with blood stasis type lumbago criteria were randomly divided into three groups，patients in the group were 4h，6h，8h application，after 7 days a course of treatment after the analysis of three different sticking time，effective，invalid the number of cases，the cure effect，the total efficiency and complications indicators，data analysis，conclusion. Results：the treatment effect of acupoint application 4H was better than that of 8h and 6h，and the complication rate was low.
