T here are many institutional forms of human activities, which are solified and institutionalized social relations occurring in various social interactions.As a key word of sociology, Social inter- action is an intermediary between the microcosmic individual and the macroscopic social structure.It is also a turn from the indi- vidual to the group or even larger social institutions.Studying the relations between social interaction in everday life and institu- tional change is important for us to research the macroscopic society as a whole and the complex social structure.
