精品论文 参考文献 精神病康复期的心理干预治疗张影琦 哈尔滨市第一专科医院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150056 【摘 要】目的：通过临床上对康复期的精神病患者给予心理干预治疗，分析对患者康复的影响。方法：在临床上选取100例患者，平均分为2组，分别是对照组和实验组。其中，对照组和实验组均采用利培酮片进行临床上常规护理，而实验组在康复期患者在入院之后的2-3周给予心理干预，并且详细记录患者的相关心理和生理指标，记录在不同的记录病例上，一般用抑郁测试和相关的心理测试测量问题。结果：通过分析和临床上的测试分析得到对照组的抑郁烦躁心理指标比实验组要高，而且，通过实验测定精神病患者的康复时间或者是相同时间内病人的恢复情况对照组精神病患者的康复时间多于实验组，而且，相同时间内实验组病人的精神状态更好。结论：事实证明，心理干预对于康复期精神病患???来说，起到改善精神病患者的心理压力，增加患者的康复效率，提高治愈水平。 【关键词】精神病康复期，心理干预治疗，治疗方法与现象 Abstract：Objective：To be administered by clinical rehabilitation of the mentally ill psychological intervention，analyze the impact of the rehabilitation of patients.Methods：100 patients in the clinic，were divided into two groups，namely the control and experimental groups.Among them，the control and experimental groups were given risperidone slices on routine clinical care，and rehabilitation of the experimental group were treated with psychological intervention in 2-3 weeks after admission，and detailed records related psychological and physiological parameters of the patient，records on different records of cases，usually associated with depression tests and psychological tests measuring problem.RESULTS：depression control group agitated psychological indicators than the experimental group for a high throughput analysis and test analysis of clinical and，experimentally measured recovery time recovery time psychiatric patients or within the same time the patients recovery group of psychiatric patients more than in the experimental group，and，in the same time in the experimental group the patients mental state better.Conclusion：It turns out that psychological intervention for the rehabilitation of the mentally ill，the mentally ill play to improve the psychological pressure，increasing the efficiency of rehabilitation patients and improve the level of cure.
