摘 要 外商直接投资与加工贸易是发展中国家两项至关重要而又紧密相关的对外经济 活动,深入研究外商直接投资对诸如像中国这样的发展中东道国加工贸易的影响，具 有重要的理论与现实意义。本文采取理论分析与实证研究相结合的研究方法，阐述 外商直接投资对中国加工贸易转型升级的影响，本文共分为逻辑上紧密相连的四个 部分：第一部分为引言，主要就FDI与加工贸易之间的关系进行了文献综述；第二 部分是加工贸易概述，主要是关于外商直接投资与加工贸易相关性的理论；第三部 分是关于FDI与中国的加工贸易，主要介绍了FDI引起中国加工贸易快速发展以及我 国加工贸易转型升级的必要性；第四部分是FDI与中国加工贸易转型升级相关性分 析，也是本文的主要章节，是本文的研究点，分别从FDI对我国加工贸易出口结构， FDI加工贸易增值率、外商投资企业加工贸易的国内配套值三个方面证实了外商直 接投资对我国加工贸易转型升级具有促进作用；最后一部分是关于我国如何利用外 商直接投资提高我国加工贸易转型升级的步伐。本文试图创新之处在于:运用相关性 回归分析得出外资直接投资对我国加工贸易结构具有很大促进作用以及我国如何利 用外资更好地促进我国加工贸易的转型升级。 关键词：外商直接投资 加工贸易转型升级 实证分析 政策建议 I Abstract FDI(foreign direct investment) and two most important economical activitives in developing country and thty are associated with each other closedly. It has theoretical and realistic significance to study the influence deeply about FDI to these developing country such as China.
