Therefore, there will be no waste material of runner caused after cycle time. It is contributive to economize the use of raw material and shorten the cycle time of injection molding.Furthermore, hot runner mold is regarded to be the extension of the cylinder for injection molding machine.During the process of injection molding, the transference of pressure is more efficiency than traditional cold runner mold.It can provide operative injection pressure and parking pressure during precise injection molding.The precision of the product has also been improved substantially. However, the high temperature it caused by hot runner mold effects highly to the precision of the mold. When the temperature of cavity increases to 100, the heat strain will make the mold unable to camp normally, and cause the production not smoothly or even mold damaged.Therefore, to design the hot runner mold, the factors of heat transference should be considered completely and perfectly, cooling system of the mold and heat strain should also be counted.
