综合信息物资及设备管理子系统 专业名称：计算机应用 姓 名：陈 之 朋 指导老师：卢 萧 完成时间：2010年12月 摘 要 德阳东汽工模具有限公司综合信息管理系统—物资及设备管理子系统是德阳东汽工模具有限公司综合信息管理系统的一个子系统。该管理系统是在充分了解了德阳东汽工模具有限公司的特点及业务需求的基础上，基于J2EE技术、后台数据库采用Oracle 9i进行开发的。通过该信息管理系统及网络信息管理方式对公司的信息进行控制和管理，建立综合生产、经营销售的服务平台。本子系统包括库存管理、物料需求计划、配料管理及设备管理等模块。库存管理是对公司产品生产过程中所使用到的原材料、毛坯进行统一的管理；配料管理是根据图纸信息对给定产品的物料的具体下料尺寸及重量进行计算；设备管理是对设备台帐的维护、登记、报废等，并且可以查询设备的信息。 通过该子系统的使用，公司的员工可以摆脱一些烦琐的手工劳动，大大的降低了计算的工作量，使得数据的准确性、安全性、工作效率等显著提高；可以帮助管理人员进行有效的分析决策，使公司能够高速运转，不断提高 Abstract The material and equipment management subsystem is a subsystem of Integrated Information Management System of the Tool and Model Limited Company of DeYang DongFang Steam Turbine. J2EE technology and Oracle 9i are adopted in the IIMS. Through the IIMS and the network management, the companys information can be managed and controlled, and the service platform of integrated production and sales can be established. The subsystem includes an inventory management module, a material requirements planning module, a material management module and an equipment management module. The inventory management is to manage the raw material and rough material in the production process. The material management is to calculate the size and weight of the supplied material according to the blueprint information.
