精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者负性情绪的影响研究 李晓萍 马海英 　　（甘肃省中医院 甘肃兰州 730050） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨综合护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者负性情绪的影响。方法：选择我院2013年4月～2015年2月收治的96例血液透析尿毒症患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组：对照组和观察组,每组各48例，对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理干预后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分变化情况和治疗的依从性。结果：两组患者干预前SAS评分和SDS评分比较，无统计学意义；干预后，两组患者SAS评分和SDS评分均低于干预前(P＜0.05)；且观察组SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对尿毒症血液透析患者实施综合护理干预，可缓解患者的负性情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】尿毒症；血液透析；负性情绪；综合护理干预 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）17-0018-02 　　Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients negative emotion 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients negative emotion. Methods A hospital in April 2013 ~ February 2015 were treated 96 cases of hemodialysis uremic patients, according to a random number table is divided into two groups: a control group and the observation group, 48 cases in each group, the control group routine care, integrated care intervention group were observed in routine care, based on the comparison of two groups of patients with anxiety after nursing intervention self-rating scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score changes and adherence to treatment. Results The two groups of patients before the intervention SAS score and SDS scores, no statistically significant; after the intervention, the two groups of patients SAS score and SDS scores were lower than before the intervention (P lt;0.05); and the observation group SAS score and SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group (P lt;0.05). Compliance of patients in the observation group than the control group (P lt;0.05).
