精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预对小儿肱骨髁上骨折疼痛及并发症的影响 杨晶 [摘 要]目的：探讨综合护理干预对小儿肱骨踝上骨折疼痛及并发症的影响：方法：选择医院2013年11月～2014年11月收治的肱骨踝上骨折患儿108例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各54例，对照组患儿给予常规护理，实验组患儿在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预，观察两组患儿的术前、术后12h、术后24h疼痛程度，术后并发症并发症发生情况，家属对护理质量评价情况。结果：术前，两组患儿疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实验组患儿术后12h、术后24h疼痛程度、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组，家属对各项护理评分高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：通过综合护理干预的实施，可减轻肱骨踝上骨折患儿的疼痛程度，降低并发症发生率，提高患儿患肢功能。 [关键词]小儿肱骨踝上骨折 并发症 综合护理干预 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2016.12.12 作者单位：250012，山东济南，山东中医药大学附属医院儿骨科 作者简介：杨晶（1973—），女，本科，山东中医药大学附属医院主管护师。 通讯作者：杨晶，Email：Z830xq@126.com The Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Pediatric Pain and Complications of Humerus Ankle Fracture Yang Jing Abstract: Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention for pediatric pain and complications of humerus ankle fractures Methods 108 patients from 2013.11 to 2014.11 with humerus ankle fracture were selected and divide into the experimental group and control group averagely. The control group were given routine nursing while the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, Pain degree of the two groups of children before the operation, postoperative pain 12 h and 24 h after the operation, postoperative complications and nursing quality satisfaction were observed and evaluated. Results The preoperative pain level of the two groups of children had no statistical differences (Pgt;0.05); the postoperative pain level of patients 12h and 24h after the operation and postoperative complication rates in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group; the family membersrsquo; nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group were higher than the control group, which is statistically different (Plt;0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the pain degree of humerus ankle fracture patients, reduce the incidence of complications and improve childrenrsquo;s limb function.
