精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量的改善作用观察 杨莉(商丘市第一人民医院肾病、风湿病科 河南商丘 476100) 　　[摘要] 目的:观察综合护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量的改善作用。方法:选取类风湿性关节炎患者60例，随机分为两组，综合组30例患者实施综合护理干预，对照组30例患者实施传统护理。两组患者护理前后使用疼痛评估量表（VAS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）及生活质量评价量表评价患者疼痛、焦虑及生活质量。结果:护理前，两组患者VAS、SAS及生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，综合组患者VAS及SAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组患者的生活质量评分低于综合组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:综合护理干预在类风湿性关节炎患者的应用效果显著，可改善患者疼痛和心理状态，提高其生活质量，值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 综合护理干预；类风湿性关节炎；生活质量 　　The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis 　　Yang Li (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Henan Shangqiu 476100 nephropathy rheumatology) 　　Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the comprehensive group of cases of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group of 30 patients in the implementation of traditional nursing.
