精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预对神经抑郁症患者不良行为的影响 黑龙江省绥化木材综合加工厂职工医院 黑龙江绥化 152071 摘要：目的：探讨综合护理干预对神经抑郁症患者不良行为的影响。方法：本次研究对象主要为我院在2013年1月到2016年1月中收治的妄想性抑郁症患者100例，所有患者均符合中国精神障碍与诊断标准中制定的抑郁发作诊断标准。将所有患者按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组，每组为50例。对于对照组患者采用常规护理干预。对于治疗组患者采用综合护理干预。结果：经护理人员平时统计，治疗组中出现言语信号、行为信号以及情感信号的人数显著少于对组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05），在治疗中，治疗组中有3例发生自杀行为，而对照组中有12例发生自杀行为，治疗组显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：综合护理干预对妄想性抑郁症自杀行为的影响显著，降低自杀发生，保障患者生命健康，值得推广。 关键词：神经抑郁症；妄想；综合护理干预；影响 [Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the adverse behavior of patients with depression. Methods：the object of this research is mainly in our hospital in January 2013 to 2016 1 month were delusional depression in patients with 100 cases，all patients are in line with the Chinese of and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders in the formulation of the diagnostic standard of depressive episode. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. Comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted in the treatment group. Results：the nursing personnel to the usual statistical，treatment group appeared speech signal，signal behavior and emotional signals number was significantly less than that of group，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05），in treatment，in the treatment group have occurred in 3 cases of suicidal behavior，while the control group with 12 cases of students with suicide，treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant impact on suicidal behavior of suicidal behavior of depression，and it is worth promoting to reduce the occurrence of suicide，protect the life and health of patients.
