精品论文 参考文献 联合应用益气活血化痰汤和西药治疗糖尿病性冠心病的临床效果 张平辉 　　（湖南省地矿医院内四科 湖南长沙 410007） 　　【摘要】目的：针对患有糖尿病并发冠心病的患者行以益气活血化痰汤同西药共同治疗的临床治疗效果进行分析和讨论。方法：选取我院于2013年5月到2014年5月期间收治的患有糖尿病并发冠心病的患者，从中随机抽取100例作为本文的主要研究对象。按照姓名首字母顺序分成实验组和参照组两组，每组50例，对参照组患者行以常规的西药治疗，对实验组在参照组的基础之上加以益气活血化痰汤来进行治疗。将两个月设为治疗周期，对比两组的总体有效概率。结果：实验组当中的患者治疗总体有效概率为94%，参照组为64%，两组对比，具有非常明显的差异，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：在临床当中，针对患有糖尿病并发冠心病的患者行以益气活血化痰汤同西药共同治疗具有非常好的疗效，能够提高患者的生活质量，因此值得在临床当中进行推广使用。 　　【关键词】益气活血化痰汤；糖尿病并发症；冠心病；治疗效果 　　【中图分类号】R242 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）01-0016-03 　　The clinical effect of combined application of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction and Western medicine treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease Zhang Pinghui. 　　Department of Geology and mineral resources of Hunan Province four hospital Hunan Changsha 410007,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment of Qi and activating blood circulation and Resolving Phlegm Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were selected from May 2013 to May 2014, and 100 cases were randomly selected as the main research object of this paper. In accordance with the order of the first letter of the name is divided into experimental group and reference group, 50 cases in each group and the reference group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment, in the experimental group on the basis of the reference group to be Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction treatment. Set the two month treatment period, compared with the overall effective rate of the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the overall effective rate was 94%,the reference group was 64%,the two groups were significantly different, Plt;0.05, with statistical significance.
