精品论文 参考文献 脑外伤实行高压氧疗法期间给予整体护理模式的临床处置观察 陆佳 　　（西南医科大学附属医院 四川 泸州 646000） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察脑外伤实行高压氧疗法期间给予整体护理模式的临床处置效果。方法：将我院2013年7月～2016年2月确诊并收治的126个脑外伤患者随机分为护理组和对照组。每组63人。对全部患者均实施神经外科系统化治疗，并给予高压氧治疗，两组高压氧治疗方案相同。对照组根据患者高压氧治疗前后的流程给予单纯宣教和引导。护理组在对照组基础上实施整体护理，对患者的高压氧围治疗前及治疗全程给予整体性的护理干预。治疗结束后对比两组疗效及治疗前后NIHSS评分与BI评分变化情况。结果：护理组总有效率为88.89%，显著优于对照组的71.43%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前NIHSS及BI评分无显著差异（P＞0.05），治疗后两组各评分均显著好转（P＜0.05），护理组其NIHSS及BI评分改善幅度显著好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：脑外伤实行高压氧疗法期间给予整体护理模式可显著促进患者神经功能的恢复，有助于保障高压氧治疗的妥善进行，改善患者的预后。 　　【关键词】 脑外伤；高压氧；整体护理 　　【中图分类号】R473.72 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）25-0021-02 　　Clinical observation on the treatment of cerebral trauma with hyperbaric oxygen therapy 　　Lu Jia.
