Aramco have been kind enough to invite my colleagues and I over to give a short presentation on combustion related products. My colleagues with me are Jeff Hughes the RSM for the Middle East based in Dubai and Mike Babb who is a technical support specialist from Forney in Dallas. I am going to start the presentation with information on Flame Scanning Techniques and then hand over to Mike who will speak on combustion hardware. We’ll be happy to answer any question you may have at the end of the session or at any stage afterwards. We have issued to you some booklets and information which contain much of the detail described in the presentation and I hope these may be of use to you in the future. * * So to summarise the conditions in todays industrial applications and power generating industries presents the Flame Safeguard manufacturers a challenge in the determining of absence or presence of the targeted flame in the combustion chamber.
