Performance evaluation of colleges and universities refers to the decision makers of colleges and universities in person or appoint a third party organization to evaluate the benefit and achievement of the school in a certain period of time, so as to improve the management level and the strategic competitiveness of colleges and universities. In the rapid development of todays society, performance management in colleges and universities can be more scientifically integrated and play various potential of high-quality talent, create greater social and economic benefits for the team.
