毕业设计中文摘要 杨柳青二街村村委会办公楼设计之四 摘要： 本设计为杨柳青二街村村委会办公楼设计之四，根据设计任务书的要求，该建筑为四层的钢筋混凝土框架结构，结构总建筑面积3486.42平方米，总高为13.5米，其中第一层层高3.9米，二到四层层高3.0米，屋面为不上人屋面，女儿墙高0.6m。设防烈度为7度，抗震等级为三级。 本设计分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计使用天正软件及AutoCAD绘图，设计成果包括首层、标准层及顶层平面图，立面图，剖面图等。结构设计总体由PKPM软件计算，楼梯部分采用探索者软件电算，结构设计成果包括楼盖、屋盖结构平面图，框架梁柱配筋图及楼梯配筋详图。 关键词：钢筋混凝土、框架结构、 结构设计、建筑设计、PKPM 毕业设计外文摘要 Title Willow Street Village’s village committee office building designed of the four Abstract: This project is Willow Street Village’s village committee office building designed of the four. In accordance to the requirement,this building，a four-story building，is made of steel and concrete.Total construction area is3486.42 m2.Height of the first Floor is 3.9m. The others, 3.0m, are the same,and the parapet is 0.6m. We need set common classrooms, multi-function big classroom, public computer room, office, conference room, faculty lounge, teacher management room, first set there and so on, and each layer set toilet, boiled water room. Fortification intensity is 7 degrees, seismic rating of 3. This project is divided into two parts. The first part is the design of the building. The design, using Tarch and AutoCAD, includes the first floor, the standard floor, the top floor plan, the vertical plan, the sectional drawing. The second part is the design of the construction. The design, using PKPM, Structure design results including the floor, roof structure plan, frame beam-column reinforcement diagram and stair reinforcement drawing, and its worth noting that the data of the stairs is calculated by software of the explorer.
