青情酒店式公寓设计 摘 要 随着国家经济的快速发展，出去旅游的人们也变得越来越多，使人们在出行过程中变得舒适也越来越重要，在这样的前提下高层建筑的发展变得不可阻挡，人们在出行的过程中对自己的住所有了更多的选择，所以旅馆业的发展非常迅速，各种综合型酒店日益增多。 本设计题目为黑龙江神哈尔滨市高层酒店式公寓，该建筑总平面形状为长方形，一，二，三层长67.4米，宽19米，每层1280.6；标准层长为64.4米，宽为19米，每层1223.6；该建筑共10层,总建筑面积为12236。 建筑选用钢筋混凝土材料，结构形式选用框架剪力墙结构。满足酒店式公寓的大空间和较强的抗侧移刚度，全部采用钢筋混凝土现浇，围护墙选用陶粒混凝土。根据基础埋深需求和土壤条件选用桩基础，单桩承载力为788.6KN，桩长12m。 第一部分为建筑设计。该建筑的首层是大堂，二层为餐饮包厢区，三层为会议区，四层到十层为住宿休息区。该设计中间为走廊疏散区，两边布置房间。此建筑设计有楼梯两部，电梯三部，满足交通疏散要求。 第二部分为主体结构设计。内力计算中，分别用手算和用PKPM软件计算立体框架。PMCAD建模后用Setwe电算内力，结果合理采用框剪剪力墙刚接体系进行手算，内力结果合理，利用手算结果对梁，柱，剪力墙进行配筋计算。 第三部分为基础设计。考虑到哈尔滨的冻土深度和高层的基础埋深，此设计选用了桩基础。 关键词　高层建筑；钢筋混凝土；框架剪力墙结构；抗震设计；桩基础。 Green feeling hotel style apartment design Abstract With the rapid development of the national economy, go out peoples tourism has become more and more, so that people become comfort is becoming more and more important in the course of travel, under the premise that the development of high-rise buildings become irresistible, people in the course of travel on their home have more choices, so the development of the hotel industry very quickly, all the hotel complex is increasing.This design project for the Harbin city economic type high-rise hotel, the main service object for a business trip, short trip.
