A good parent I know is of course my mom. My mom is an elegant woman who is very warm and easy going. I feel really comfortable with my mom because we’re like friends, she’s quite open minded and there’s no generation gap between us. We talk about everything, whether it’s about my relationship, my life pressure or even my social circle. She will give me wonderful feedback. Most importantly I think my mom has wonderful moral values. She teaches me important lessons in character, from being a polite person to doing things with a clear conscience. My mom shares many experiences from her life, and gives me something I can relate to. From her experiences, I start to develop a more mature mindset towards life. Someone I recently met who I think is quite interesting is my friend’s mom. I call her Auntie. I’ve known my friend for a long time but I never met his mom. Recently we had a chance to go on a trip together, my first impression of Auntie was that she’s an elegant woman who is very warm and easy going.
