精品论文 参考文献 舒筋活血外洗方治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤的疗效观察 卢国森 唐理英 　　（佛山市南海区第三人民医院 528244） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨舒筋活血外洗方治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤的效果。方法 选择在我院住院治疗的伴有三角韧带损伤的旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折患者38例，均采用切开复位内固定并修复损伤的三角韧带, 术后分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予舒筋活血外洗方熏洗，采用改良Weber踝关节骨折评分标准对治疗效果进行评定。结果 治疗组在疼痛、步行和踝关节功能的分值均明显低于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。在活动、放射学及距下关节功能方面，两组分值无明显差异（Pgt;0.05）。结论 舒筋活血外洗方能有效改善旋后外旋型踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤患者的症状，在一定程度提高关节的功能。 　　【关键词】 旋后外旋型踝关节骨折 三角韧带损伤 中药外洗 　　【中图分类号】R242 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）20-0097-01 　　Shujinhuoxue Washing Treatment Efficacy supination external rotation ankle fracture with deltoid ligament injury 　　Lu Guosen Tang Liying 　　(The Third Peoples Hospital,Nanhai District,Foshan City 528244) 　　【Abstract】: Objective To investigate the medicinal Washing Treatment supination external rotation ankle fracture with deltoid ligament injury. Methods Treated in our hospital with deltoid ligament injury in patients with supination external rotation-type ankle fracture Ⅳ degree, 38 cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation and repair of the deltoid ligament injury, surgery into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were given medicinal washing side Fumigation, using the modified Weber ankle fracture scoring criteria were assessed for treatment effect. Result In the treatment group in pain, walking and ankle function scores were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05).
