精品论文 参考文献 舒适护理对高龄髋关节置换患者术后康复锻炼依从性的影响研究 湖南省茶陵县中医院 湖南株洲 412400 【摘 要】目的：探讨舒适护理对高龄髋关节置换患者术后康复锻炼依从性的影响。方法：本次试验对象为我院自2013年8月以来所收治的75例高龄髋关节置换患者，按照掷硬币法将患者分为常规组和舒适组。常规组给予常规护理；舒适组在常规组基础上给予舒适护理。评价：（1）术后康复锻炼依从性；（2）住院时间、愈合时间、疼痛评分、舒适评分；（3）术后并发症情况。结果：（1）舒适组患者术后康复锻炼依从性显著比常规组高，P＜0.05；（2）舒适组住院时间、愈合时间、疼痛评分、舒适评分显著比常规组好，P＜0.05；（3）舒适组术后并发症显著比常规组少，P＜0.05。结论：舒适护理对高龄髋关节置换患者术后康复锻炼依从性的影响大，可提升其康复锻炼依从性，减少并发症发生，减轻其疼痛感，加速术后康复出院和骨折愈合，值得推广。 【关键词】舒适护理；高龄髋关节置换患者；术后康复锻炼；依从性；影响 Abstract：objective：to investigate the comfortable nursing for elderly patients with hip replacement effect of postoperative rehabilitation exercise adherence. Methods：the test object is admitted by our hospital since August 2013，75 cases of senile patients with hip joint replacement，in accordance with the coin toss method divided the patients into conventional group and comfortable. Normal group was given routine nursing care；Comfortable in the regular group on the basis of comfortable nursing. Evaluation：（1）the postoperative rehabilitation exercise adherence；（2）the length of hospital stay，healing time，pain score，comfortable score；（3）the postoperative complications. Results：（1）the comfortable group patients postoperative rehabilitation exercise adherence was significantly higher than normal group，P lt; 0.05；（2）comfort group hospitalization time，healing time，pain score，comfortable score significantly better than the conventional group，P lt; 0.05；（3）a comfortable set of postoperative complications was significantly less than normal group，P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：comfortable nursing for elderly patients with hip replacement of postoperative rehabilitation exercise adherence effect，can promote the rehabilitation exercise adherence，reduce complications，reduce the pain and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation hospital discharge and fracture healing，is worth promoting.
