精品论文 参考文献 节段分析法在产前超声诊断胎儿先心病中的应用观察 郑莉1 郑磊1 牛红梅1 张彦春2 崔鹤仙1 刘增辉1 　　（1.河北省邯郸市第一医院 河北 邯郸 056002）； 　　（2.河北省邯郸市中心医院 河北 邯郸 056002） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨先心病胎儿产前超声诊断当中，阶段分析法的应用效果，为先心病胎儿临床有效诊治提供相应依据。方法：选取2011年7月至2014年11月在我院进行产前超声诊断的孕妇800例，在超声诊断过程中使用节段分析法，对胎儿具体先心病症进行诊断，做好后期解剖观察和随访工作，探讨节段分析法的应用价值。结果：经过观察研究，800例孕妇当中，患有先心病的胎儿有30例，主要包括单一性先心疾病胎儿以及复杂型先心疾病胎儿，例数分别为10例和20例。结论：在先心病胎儿产前超声诊断过程中，采用阶段分析方法可以提高胎儿病情诊断准确率，且可以对胎儿心脏结构进行具体观察和分析，提高复杂型先心病胎儿诊断结果准确率。 　　【关键词】节段分析法；产前超声诊断；胎儿；先心病；应用 　　【中图分类号】R541.1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0105-01 　　【Abstract】Objective: to study the congenital heart disease of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetus, the application effect of phase analysis, provide corresponding basis for fetus congenital heart disease clinical effective diagnosis and treatment. Selection methods: July 2011 to November 2014 in our hospital for prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of 800 cases of pregnant women, using segmental analysis, in the process of ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease specific disease diagnosis, do a good job later anatomic observation and follow-up to evaluate the application value of segmental analysis. Results: through the study, 800 cases of pregnant women and fetus in 30 cases with congenital heart disease, mainly including single fetal heart disease as well as the first modalities to fetal heart disease, the number of cases of 10 cases and 20 cases respectively. Conclusion: in congenital heart disease in the process of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetus, the phase analysis method can improve the diagnosis accuracy, and can be specific observation and analysis of fetal cardiac structure, improve the sticklebacks fetus congenital heart disease diagnosis accuracy. 　　【Key words】segmental analysis; Prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis; The fetus; Congenital heart disease; application 　　近年来，胎儿疾病种类越来越多，在多种胎儿疾病当中，先心病胎儿是比较特殊的，且病情是比较复杂的。 先心病是先天性心脏病的简称，该病属于一种先天性遗传病，患者患上该病就会导致畸形，该疾病在新生婴儿当中的发生率是比较高的，给新生儿的身心健康带来了严重的威胁[1]。因此必须加强孕妇超前诊断，降低胎儿先心病发生
