哈尔滨应用职业技术学院 毕 业 论 文 题 目 汽车消费金融可持续发展分析 学生姓名 系部名称 汽车工程系 专业班级 汽车x班 指导教师 教研室 汽车教研室 起止时间 2010年5月 教 务 处 制 摘 要 汽车消费金融是指为支持消费者购买汽车而对汽车消费的售前、售中和售后全过程提供的融资支持，以及与此相关的汽车消费保险、担保等一系列金融服务，是消费金融的一个重要分支，在我国有着良好的发展前景。汽车消费金融可持续发展对我国有积极的现实意义。我国充分具备实现汽车消费金融可持续发展的现实有利条件，汽车消费金融已得到一定程度的发展。 当前我国应从赢利模式设计、信用风险控制和外部环境建设等方面入手，全面推动我国汽车消费金融实现可持续发展。赢利模式设计是我国汽车消费金融可持续发展的核心。我国应在对汽车消费金融基本型赢利模式和创新型赢利模式进行分类构建的基础上，根据我国汽车消费金融的发展状况和发展环境对各种赢利模式循序渐进地加以选择和应用，并采取有效措施保障各种赢利模式的有效运行，最终形成结构合理、高效运作的汽车消费金融赢利模式体系。 信用风险控制是我国汽车消费金融可持续发展的关键。我国应建立完善的汽车消费金融信用风险预警机制，并健全汽车消费金融机构内控机制，对汽车消费金融信用风险加以有效防范；同时，应构建有效的风险分散机制和风险补偿机制，对客观存在的汽车消费金融信用风险加以充分化解。外部环境建设是我国汽车消费金融可持续发展的保障。一方面，我国应积极发展各种汽车消费金融机构，培育完善的汽车消费金融服务体系；另一方面，我国应加强我国消费环境建设、社会信用环境建设、汽车市场环境建设和汽车消费金融监管环境建设，全面优化我国汽车消费金融市场环境。 关键词：汽车消费金融；可持续发展；信用风险 Abstract Automobile Consumer Finance refers to the sustenance of financing during the whole process about before,in and after sale to support the consumers to buy anautomobile,as well as the relative financial services of insurance and assurance,etc. It is an important part of consumer finance and has a good future in our country. The sustainable development of automobile consumer finance has an active realistic significance.In our country,we fully have the realistic advantage to carry out the sustainable development of automobile consumer finance which has been developed in certain degree.At present,we should start with the design of profit mode, the control of credit risk,the construction of external environment,etc,in order to improve the sustainable development of automobile consumer finance fully. The design of profit mode is the core of the sustainable development of automobile consumer finance.In our country,in order to form the reasonable structure and effective operation profit mode system of automobile consumer finance,we should choose and apply all kinds of profit modes gradually,according to the development conditions and environment,at the base of classification between basic profit mode and innovat
