本科学生毕业论文 货运代理向第三方物流企业转型研究 摘　　要 随着国际贸易的快速发展和商业市场的进一步开放，世界各国纷纷加入到国际贸易货物运输的物流化的浪潮中，我国国际货运代理业的规模亦迅速的扩张。然而入世后，面临着货运代理市场严峻的竞争环境，我国传统货运代理的运作思想和模式的转变成为货代企业发展的当务之急。第三方物流作为一个新的拓展领域，已成为货代业主要的发展方向。 本文通过理论分析，以货运代理业的历史与发展现状为依据，分析了我国货运代理的优势和货代企业在运营中存在的问题。并结合货运代理业的环境分析和其本身的特点，预测了货运代理的发展趋势，并提出了我国货运代理向第三方物流转变的对策与途径。最后，通过对中铁联合物流有限责任公司从货运代理企业向第三方物流方向发展的实例分析，对我国货运代理企业进行了展望。 关键词：货运代理；物流；第三方物流；对策；转型  ABSTRACT With fast development of the international trade and the further opening of commercial market, the countries all over the world join in the freight transportation of trade one after another. The scale of the international freight forwarding of our country is also expanding rapidly. With our county’s enter the WTO, the freight forwarders are facing the severe competitive environment in the freight forwarding market. The operation thought of the traditional freight forwarder of our country and transition of the mode become a most important task of the freight forwarder’s development. As a new expansion field, Third Party Logistics has already become the main developing direction of the freight forwarding. Through the theory analyzing and based on the history and development status of the freight forwarding, this paper has analyzed the advantage and the existing problems of our country’s freight forwarder in operation. Combining the environmental analysis of the freight forwarder and its ones own characteristic, this paper has also predicted its development trend, and has proposed countermeasures and way of the transit from the freight forwarding to TPL in our country. Finally, through analyzing an instance that China Railway United Logistics Co. Ltd. is developing from the freight forwarder to TPL, this paper has viewed the prospect of enterprises in our country.
