The aperture is within 0.001 to 0.1 micrometer (molecular weight cutoff （MWCO） is about 1,000~500,000Dalton). It has a higher rate for removing suspended matters, solid, colloid, macro molecular substance and bacteria and can remove part of BOD and COD. The ultrafiltration membrane can be cleaned through backwashing, air washing and chemical cleaning to keep the cleanness of surface and inner part of ultrafiltration membrane in operation process and maintain water permeability. 超滤的典型工艺Typical Process of Ultrafiltration 超滤典型工艺描述 Typical Process Description of Ultrafiltration Raw water comes into the ultrafiltration device through water distribution groove. Produced water of ultrafiltration is extracted through the ultrafiltration surface by negative pressure produced by the produced water pump of ultrafiltration (through liquid pump) and is sent to the produced water tank of ultrafiltration. According to the water quality condition in the membrane groove, the concentrated water of ultrafiltration is discharged by liquid discharge pump. In order to prevent membrane pollution and keep membrane flux, the membrane is washed every 15-60 minutes once on the basis of conditions; the time is 30-60 seconds; the backwashing water is produced water of ultrafiltration.
