With the development of the plastic industry, the demand for plastic products by society is getting increasingly high , especially varied kinds of pipelines and joints of constructive materials .At present ,pvc has gradually replaced cast iron and become ,a kind of ideal material in pipeline production Compared with cast iron, pvc has a lot of merits ,for example, its light in weight, corrosion resistance ,long life span, low cost, high productivity and its simpleness for production ,With the development of the estate and the improvement of peoples living standard ,as a kind of newly arisen building material ,it has a bright prospect of application and marketing .In view of this fact and with the suggestion of the tutor , I choose the Mold Pipeline of Jointing and Syringing as the title of my graduation project under the suggestion of the teacher,and meanwhile to try to improve my ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
