提 要 目的：运用中医理论系统研究老年高脂血症的发病机制，观察加味生脉饮对老年 高脂血症的疗效。 方法：收录60例高脂血症患者随机分为2组，治疗组30例，采用“益气活血” 法，服用加味生脉饮，对照组 30 例服用血脂康胶囊，观察治疗前后相关指标的改善 情况。通过统计学处理比较治疗组和对照组之间的治疗疗效，统计有效率。 结果：治疗过程中实验组和对照组各有1例因死亡退出观察。治疗组显效12例， 有效12例，无效5例，总有效率82.76%。对照组显效14例，有效11例，无效4 例， 总有效率 86.21%。治疗前后两组血脂水平均有显著降低，治疗前后总有效率无显著 差异。两组在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。 结论：加味生脉饮对老年高脂血症有着良好的治疗作用，气虚血瘀是老年高脂血 症的主要病机，益气活血法是治疗老年高脂血症的有效方法。 关键词 高脂血症 ，老年 ，加味生脉饮 The Clinical Research of Flavored ShengMaiYin Care for Elderly Hyperlipidemia abstract Speciality:TCM internal Author:wanghualiang Tutor:lirui Objective: to study TCM theoretical system of elderly hyperlipidemia, observe the pathogenesis of aged ShengMaiYin flavored hyperlipemia curative effect.
