提 要 目的：观察半夏泻心汤加减方对糖尿病前期湿热困脾证的疗效，并初步阐述其作 用机理。方法：60 例糖尿病前期证属湿热困脾型的者，随机分成两组，治疗组 30 例， 对照组 30 例。对照组行空白对照，给予糖尿病标准饮食运动调节的基础治疗；治疗 组予基础治疗加用半夏泻心汤加减方，治疗周期为 12 周。观察治疗前后患者中医证 候积分、血糖、HOMA-IR 、HbA1c 、BMI 、TG 等指标的变化。结果：经过 12 周的 治疗后，患者的中医证候积分、血糖、HOMA-IR 、HbA1c 、BMI 、TG 均得到改善， 两组间比较有显著差异（P0.01 ），治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：半夏泻心汤加减 方对糖尿病前期有良好的治疗作用，能较好的改善糖尿病前期湿热困脾证患者的症 状，改善胰岛素抵抗、降低糖化血红蛋白，有逆转糖尿病前期进展为临床糖尿病的趋 势。 关键词 糖尿病风险增加；湿热困脾；辛开苦降；糖尿病前期 Clinical Intervention Research on Treating A Type of Pre-diabetes Belong to Hot and Damp Cumber Spleen with the Adjusted BanxiaXiexin Decoction Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：ZhangYutao Tutor：ZhaoQuanlin Abstract Objective: Observed the adjusted BanxiaXiexin decoction treating Pre-diabetes in patients with type is the Hot And Damp cumber Spleen, and initially described its Principle.Methods: 60 cases of Pre-diabetes Belong to Hot and Damp Cumber Spleen were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group.
