提 要 目的：对极外侧型椎间盘突出症，经保守治疗无效，行髓核摘除植骨融合（或 cage 植骨融合）单侧椎弓根钉内固定治疗，观察治疗结果。 方法：对2009 年 9 月至 2010 年 9 月收治的 20 例具有完整临床资料的极外侧型 腰椎间盘突出病例进行回顾性分析，男11例，女9例；年龄37—71岁，平均42.5 岁； 复习相关文献资料，总结其临床及影像学表现，对术前、术后的 VAS 评分、JOA 评 分对比并进行统计学分析。 结果：20 例患者经 3、6、12、18 个月随访， VAS 评分由术前的 8.85±0.993 ， 降低到术后的0.90±0.718 ，JOA 评分由术前的10.03±2.452 升到术后的25.20±2.726 。 结论：单侧椎弓根钉内固定减压植骨融合术形成三角立体支撑，构成三角立体坚 强固定。该方法创伤小、费用低、效果好，是一种行之有效的治疗方法。 关键词 极外侧型椎间盘突出；单侧椎弓根钉；临床疗效； Unilateral using pedicle screws treatment very lateral type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc Speciality：Orthopedics of TCM Author ：Cui Xiaode Tutor：Prof. Xu Zhanwang Abstract Objective: The extreme lateral disc herniation, conservative treatment fails, the line discectomy and fusion (or fusion cage) unilateral pedicle screw fixation for the treatment, observation and treatment results. Conclusion: Unilateral pedicle screw fixation, decompression and fusion surgery form a triangular three-dimensional support, constitutes a strong three-dimensional triangular fixed.
