提 要 目的：通过对古今文献中针灸治疗耳鸣耳聋处方的整理和分析，总结高频穴位， 为临床应用及研究提供选穴依据和理论支持。 方法：计算机检索《中华医典》和中国知网(CNKI) 。用Microsoft Access数据库 进行统计学分析。 结果：古代文献处方以单穴为主，而现代文献以多穴为主；古今用穴出现率大致 相同的是听宫、听会、翳风、耳门、中渚等，其余差异较大；用穴归经都以三焦经和 胆经为主；用穴类型都以特定穴为主，特别是交会穴和五输穴中的输穴；用穴分部都 以头颈部为主；现代医家还注重处方辨证取穴和配穴规律。 结论：古今医家治疗耳鸣耳聋的针灸处方差异不大，在用穴的归经和用穴的类型 上也较为相似，听宫、听会、翳风、耳门、中渚等应用频次较高。 关键词 耳鸣耳聋；针灸；处方整理；取穴规律 1 In ancient and modern literature acupunture therapy tinnitus deafness prescription reorganization and acupoint selection rule research Specialty：Acupuncture and Massage Author ：Du wanyin Tutor：Shan qiuhua Abstract Objective：Through to the ancient and modern literature in the acupunture therapy tinnitus deafness prescriptions reorganization and the analysis, summarizes the high frequency acupuncture point, provides the acupoint selection basis and the theory support for the clinical practice and the research.
