Abstract It presents a detailed report of the project implemented to solve the problem that most of my students do not like doing the oral practice in class .It is hypothesized that learners’ interest in oral practice in class will be greatly increased by a better organization in this respect .This hypothesis is verified by a three –week practice of well –organized oral work activities. Among the methods of scientific investigation used are Cause analysis ,Questionare and Brain- storming . Stage1:Intorduction And Problem Identification My name is Zhao Liqin .I am an English teacher in a middle school .There are more than 970 students and 60 teachers in my school. This year 1 teach Grade 1.My students are among 13,14 and 15 years old .They are first to learn English.
