I am also grateful to my colleagues for their time spent on brainstorming. No amount of thanks will be adequate for my students without whose willing participation in the project implementation it would have remained on paper . Last but not the least ,big thanks to my husband ,without whose support,I would not have self-confidence to finish this project. Abstract It presents a detailed report of the project implemented to solve the problem that most of my students do not like doing the oral practice in class .It is hypothesized that learners’ interest in oral practice in class will be greatly increased by a better organization in this respect .This hypothesis is verified by a three –week practice of well –organized oral work activities. Among the methods of scientific investigation used are Cause analysis ,Questionare and Brain- storming . Stage1:Intorduction And Problem Identification My name is Zhao Liqin .I am an English teacher in a middle school .There are more than 970 students and 60 teachers in my school. This year 1 teach Grade 1.My students are among 13,14 and 15 years old .They are first to learn English. In my teaching 1 have found that although I spend a lot of time to correcting my students errors in their speaking ,some of them always seem to make them
