第八单元第16课延续了第15课形容词比较级的应用。在此基础上，增加了fast，tall的比较级，从宇宙到2个人的比较，更加贴近生活。
课时安排：2个课时
第一课时
一、教学目标：
1.能听、说、认读单词tall, short, race, fast以及句型：
… is bigger/smaller/faster/slower/taller/shorter/older/younger than …
2.通过学习能够用形容词比较级比较和描述两个人的差异。
二、教学重点：1.形容词比较级.
三、教学难点：2.正确运用形容词比较级描述两者的差异.
四、教具准备：卡片，磁带，录音机。
五、教学流程：
