精品论文 参考文献 试析短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对不同病程2型糖尿病患者相关指标的影响 江苏省连云港市东方医院内分泌科 222042 【摘 要】目的：探析不同病程2型糖尿病患者采取短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对临床指标产生的影响。方法：选择2013年10月~2015年10月到我院接受短期胰岛素强化治疗的2型糖尿病患者60例，根据患者不同病程分成A组（病程＜3个月）、B组（病程1~5年）、C组（病程6~10年），对比3组研究对象胰岛素早时相分泌功能指数（ I30/ G30）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、胰岛beta;细胞功能指数（HOMA-beta;）等临床指标治疗前后改善情况。结果：结果显示，采用短期胰岛素注射治疗后A组、B组、C组患者 I30/ G30、HOMA-beta;等临床指标逐渐降低，HOMA-IR与治疗前对比有所提高，组间数据对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对于患病时间较短的2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵强化治疗可使胰岛功能明显改善；对于患病时间较长的患者，虽然采用强化治疗无法显著改善胰岛素分泌功能，但可促进血糖控制在理想的范围内，并促进IR参数得以降低，值得全面推广。 【关键词】短期胰岛素泵强化治疗；不同病程；2型糖尿病；临床指标 W.k.che short-term insulin pump intensive treatment on the influence of different course related parameters of patients with type 2 diabetes 【 abstract 】 objective：to analysis the different course of the disease in patients with type 2 diabetes to take short-term insulin pump intensive treatment on the impact of clinical indicators.Methods：from October 2013 to October 2015 to the hospital to accept short-term insulin intensive treatment of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes，According to the patients with different course is divided into group A（course lt; 3 months）and group B（course of 1 ~ 5 years），group C（course of 6 ~ 10 years），compare the three groups early phase insulin secretion index（ I30 / G30），insulin resistance index（HOMA IR）and islet beta cell function index（HOMA - beta;）and other clinical indicators before and after treatment to improve the situation.Results：the results showed that the short-term insulin injections patients in group A and group B，group C after I30 / G30，HOMA - beta; clinical index is gradually reduced，compared with before treatment improved HOMA - IR，data contrast significant difference between groups，with statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：for shorter disease in patients with type 2 diabetes using insulin pump intensive treatment can make the islet function improved significantly；Patients with illness for a considerable time，while the intensive treatment does not si
