Of five layers, the total area of the building is 4956.15㎡, the height of 15.6 m. Including architectural design and structural design two parts. The architectural design is in the overall planning, according to designing commission, considering environment of the base, functions of use, type selection, construction, materials, building equipments, architectural arts and economy. Focus on the buildings and surrounding environment, buildings and a variety of structural features. Finally confirms design decision, draws architectural working drawing. The structural design is based on primary design of the structure. Choosing rational structure system, making structural arrangement and preliminary assessment, determining the size of structural component and making structural calculations.Structural calculations include the calculation of load, deformation analysis,analysis of internal force, section design and drawing the related structural working drawing.
