精品论文 参考文献 败酱草药浴治疗新生儿毒性红斑的疗效分析 王璇 杨宏 张媛 张亚男 徐潜 兵器工业五二一医院新生儿科 陕西 西安 710065 【摘要】目的通过败酱草洗浴新生儿毒性红斑患儿与温水洗浴患儿疗效分析，探讨败酱草药浴治疗新生儿毒性红斑的效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月我院产科及新生儿科新生儿。在生后1-5天内出现新生儿红斑者登记入册编号，共509例，采取单号为对照组（255例），双号为治疗组（254例）方法随机分组。排除新生儿感染者，病情危重者，家属拒绝配合者135例。对照组（176例）采取温水洗浴方法，治疗组（198例）采取败酱草药浴方法。洗浴2天后观察疗效，记录治愈天数，并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组（198例），有效者180例，无效者18例，对照组（176例）：有效者134例，无效者42例。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（Plt;0.01）。两组在治愈疗程中比较也有显著性差异（Plt;0.01）。结论败酱草药浴治疗新生儿毒性红斑的患儿皮疹消退快、病程明显缩短。 【关键词】败酱草；新生儿毒性红斑；药浴；皮疹 Analysis of curative effect of Patrinia herbal bath treatment of erythema toxicumneonatorum Wang Xuan Yang Hong Zhang Yuan Zhang Ya Nan Xu qian (No.521Hospital of China Ordnance Industries, Neonatal department，xirsquo;an 710065) [ABSTRACT]Background amp; Objective：Through the investigation of the Partinia bath erythema toxicumneonatorum children with warm water. this survey analyse and discussthe effect of Patrinia herb bath in the treatment of neonatal erythema toxicum,Methods:Samplesinthis survey selected form No.521hospital of China Ordnance Industries form February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital obstetric rooming in newborn and neonatal hospitalized neonates.
