精品论文 参考文献 贵州省中学生结核病防治相关知识调查结果分析 陈慧娟 陈璞 袁薇 雷世光 李杨 　　（贵州省疾病预防控制中心结核病防治研究所 贵州 贵阳 550004） 　　【摘要】 目的：了解贵州省中学生对结核病防治知识的知晓情况。方法：在贵州省的4个县采用统一的问卷对高二和初二的学生进行调查，共获取有效问卷662份。结果：中学生对10条结核病核心知识的总知晓率为45.1%（2986/6620），女学生的得分高于男性得分、其他民族的得分高于汉族、父母亲文化程度较高的得分高于文化程度低的、高二年级学生的得分高于初二年级的(P均＜0.01)。23.2%（151/651）的学生认为得了结核病不应该休学，32.5%（201/619）的学生对结核患者会“尽量保持距离”，88.8%（581/654）的学生认为学校有必要开展结核病防治的健康教育。结论：贵州省中学生结核病防治核心信息的知晓率尚未达到国家结核病防治规划要求的85%的目标，仍需加强对学生的健康教育工作，落实各项结核病防控措施。 　　【关键词】 结核病；预防/控制；学生；健康教育 　　【中图分类号】R195 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）12-0023-03 　　Investigation and analysis on tuberculosis related knowledge in middle school students in 　　Chen Huijuan,Chen Pu, Yuan Wei, Lei Shiguang, Li Yang 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the knowledge about tuberculosis prevention andcontrol among the middle school studentsin Guizhou Province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 662middle school students in 4 counties of Guizhou.Results The students total awareness rate of key tuberculosis messages was 45.1%（2986/6620）.The scores of female students were higher than male students，the scores of other national minorities students were higher than Han medical，the scores of higher educational level of studentsrsquo; parent were higher than lowereducational level，the scores of senior school students in Grade Twowere higher than junior school studentsin Grade Two (P＜0.01). 23.2%（151/651）students thought TB patients shouldnrsquo;t quit school，32.5%（201/619）students would keep the TB patients at a distance，88.8%（581/654）students thought itrsquo;s necessary to carry out health education on TB prevention and control in school. Conclusion The awareness rate of key tuberculosis messages among middle school student didnrsquo;t arrive at the aim of national tuberculosis program in Guizhou.
