精品论文 参考文献 超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效观察 （南京大学医学院 江苏 南京 210000） 【摘要】 目的：探讨超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法：纳入我院收治的55例青光眼合并白内障患者，按照患者治疗意愿分为两组。对照组患者行传统超声乳化人工晶状体植入治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合小梁切除术治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者视力改善情况显著优于对照组，随访半年，患者1周、1个月眼压均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障疗效确切，值得推广。 【关键词】 超声乳化；晶状体植入；小梁切除术；青光眼合并白内障 【中图分类号】R776 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）31-0024-02 Clinical observation of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract Sun Hongyan, Huang Zhenping. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The patients in the observation group were treated with combined trabeculectomy on the basis of the control group.
