浅谈塑料模板的施工工艺 摘 要 当代工程建设对质量、安全、进度、成本控制等都有严格的要求，通过新材料新技术的运用来提高公司竞争力是大势所趋。对新型塑料模板的应用和推广可以有效的提高经济效益和社会效益。本工法研究的目的主要是塑料模板租赁、施工与应用及存在的问题，以及发展前景，推动绿色建筑节材代木工作的深入开展。研究的主要内容是塑料模板工艺研究全过程及其结果进行客观、概括地反映的书面材料由题目、绪论、前言、工法特点、适用范围、工艺原理、施工工艺流程及操作要点、材料与设备、劳务组织、质量控制、安全措施、环保措施、效益分析、应用实例、总结、参考文献等几部分组成。本文采用经验总结法通过对实践活动中的具体情况，进行归纳与分析，使之系统化、理论化，上升为经验的一种方法。 新工艺、新技术、新材料的使用，提高了施工效率，节约了材料成本，保证了混凝土成型质量，为以后此工法的推广应用打下基础。塑料模板材料应用体系成本较低，综合造价低于其他模板做法，另外本材料绿色环保。能满足相关节能规范要求，而且特别适合建筑造型复杂的多种高层工程。可塑性强，允许设计者有较大的设计自由，能根据设计要求，通过不同模具形式，生产出各种不同形状和不同规格的模板，模板表面可以形成装饰图案，使模板工程与装饰工程相结合，这是其他材料模板都不易做到的。 关键词：塑料模板；施工；工艺；推广；应用； Construction method?of plastic?template Abstract Contemporary?construction?have strict requirements?on the quality,?safety,progress,?cost control,?to?improve the competitiveness of the company?through the use of?new technology and new?material?is?represent the general trend.The application and popularization of?new plastic?template?can effectivelyimprove the economic?benefit and social benefit.?The?method of?the main purpose of the study?is the existence of?plastic?template leasing,?construction and?application and?problems,?and prospects for development,?promote thework of the green building?wood?deeply.?The main content of this study?is theplastic?template?technology?study on the whole process?and its?results areobjective,?generally reflect the?written material?by the?title,?introduction,preface,?construction characteristics,?scope of application,?technology principle,?construction process and operation points,?materials and?equipment,labor?organization,?quality control,?safety measures,?environmental protection measures,?benefit analysis,?application examples,?summarizing,acknowledgements,?references?to wait for a few parts.?In this paper,?using the experience of law?by?the specific circumstances of the?practice,?carries on the induction and the?analysis,?makes the?theory,?systematic,?rising?as a way ofexperience.?The use of new technology,?new technology,?new materials,improving construction
