This project, designed for pesticide spraying and fertilization crops such as tobacco, is named self-propelled highland boom sprayer. The machine consists of executing component, driver component and kinds of auxiliary components. The moving of whole machine is controlled by hydraulic system, which guarantees the moving stability. The sprayer with adjustable wheelbase has prepared for the spacing between rows of various crops in different regions. When working, lifting motor makes the spray bars complete vertical alternating motion to adjust distance between shower nozzle and plant in different periods of pest control, combined with automatic constant pressure device that effectively improves the penetration of droplets and prevents droplets drift and greatly improves the utilization rate of the pesticide. The sprayer is reliable in performance by hydraulic lever in the sprayer cab which controls the folding and the vertical reciprocating motion of the sprayer bar, adjusting the wheelbase and spraying pesticide. According to the function requirement of tobacco sprayer, we can calculate and design its frame structure.
