PN100、DN450手动三瓣式天然气管线球阀设计 摘 要 球阀已成为长输管线阀门中的首要选择。球阀是以球体作为关闭件的主要切断类阀门。全通径球阀具有流体阻力小, 节省能源,流向不受限制, 启闭快等优点。其综合技术性能比相同用途的截止阀、旋塞阀和蝶阀均优越。本设计重点介绍了球阀中最常用的一种——固定球软密封管线球阀的设计过程和内容。设计过程主要包括：设计计算、结构设计、主要零部件的强度校核。根据任务书的要求，参考国际、国内现有球阀的结构，设计完成了球阀中阀体、侧阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体、密封弹簧、防静电装置和驱动装置等主要零部件的设计。针对本设计中阀体螺栓载荷强度的校核进行了计算机编程，翻译了相关文献资料，完成了相关课题的论文一篇。本设计可为固定球软密封球阀的设计提供一定的参考。 关键词：管线球阀; 设计; 弹性密封;固定球球阀 Abstract Ball valve has become the primary choice of the long-distance pipeline.It is the major closure types of valves to cut off as ball. Full bore perforation ball valve has the advantages of small flow resistance, saving energy，Unrestricted flow, fast hoist and so on. It has excellent technical performance than stop valves, plug valves and butterfly valves. This project introduces the design process and the content of the soft-sealing type of fixed ball pipelines ball valve were introduced, which is the most commonly used one. The design process mainly included design and calculation, structural design, main spare part strength examination. According to the requirements in the task of the design, referenced to the structure of the international and internal existing ball valves, and completed the design of the intermediate body, the Side body, bonnet , stem, ball, sealing spring，electrostatic prevention device, drive actuator and main spare parts. Aiming at the strength of the check valve bolt load to computer programming, translation of the relevant literature, and completed the relevant topic of a thesis. The design can provide certain information for the design of the soft-sealing type of fixed ball pipelines ball valve. Key words: pipelines ball valve ; design ; elastic sealing; fixed ball valve 一、概述 管线输送已成为当代物料运输的主要方式之一，利用长距离管线输送油和天然气等资源已成为当今世界能源输送的最主要手段。其中阀门是天然气管网的主要元件之一，控制着管线中介质的流向，调节介质的流量和压力，保护管道和设备。全通径球阀具有流体阻力小，节省能源,流向不受限制, 启闭快等优点。其综合技术性能比相同用途的截止阀、旋塞阀和蝶阀均优越，成为了长输管线中首选的阀门。 球阀的结构形式和品种规格极其繁多，而且新产品、新结构仍不断涌现。常用的球阀结构可分为浮动球球阀与固定球球阀两大类。本设计采用三瓣式固定球软密封结构，法兰连接，作为油气管线用阀，为保证球阀使用的安全，设计成双重密封结构、紧急注脂结构和防火
